1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gojl," "we," "us," "our" refers to the gojl platform and its operating entity, accessible at gojl.one.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with gojl or accesses the gojl platform.
• "Platform" refers to the gojl website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services accessible at gojl.one.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the gojl registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held in your gojl account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to your gojl account.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the player from their own financial accounts.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gojl's operations.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with gojl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for real-money gaming in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. gojl strictly enforces this requirement and will request proof of age during the KYC verification process.
2. You must be a resident of the Philippines and physically located within the Philippines at the time of play.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of gojl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not be self-excluded from gojl or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
6. You must not be accessing gojl from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
7. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the gojl platform.

gojl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one gojl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gojl login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. gojl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify gojl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. gojl may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

gojl is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include: Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys national ID, and PRC ID.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the gojl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). gojl supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted.

Deposits are credited to your gojl wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one banking day depending on the originating bank.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before the associated funds become withdrawable.
• gojl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three banking days.

gojl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gojl accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

gojl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all gojl promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds in your gojl wallet. Real money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited.
• gojl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, and to cancel any bonus credited to a player's account if gojl has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• gojl reserves the right to modify wagering requirements, bonus amounts, and validity periods at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the gojl platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

gojl uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers via live video stream. The outcome of all games is determined by the game mechanics and, where applicable, the RNG — gojl does not manipulate game outcomes.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, gojl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded in gojl's server logs shall prevail.
• gojl is not responsible for losses arising from interrupted internet connections, device failures, or other technical issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. gojl reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gojl platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the gojl platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the gojl platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to gojl immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the gojl platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your gojl account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds for gameplay.
• Accessing gojl from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gojl staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Suspension & Account Closure

gojl reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon account closure for breach of these terms, gojl reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real money funds will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any required verification and deduction of any amounts owed to gojl.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their gojl account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player after verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gojl platform — including but not limited to the gojl name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of gojl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gojl platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any gojl content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gojl's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the gojl platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gojl shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the gojl platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond gojl's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the player's own breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude gojl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

gojl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how gojl handles your personal data are set out in the gojl Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering a gojl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, gameplay, and customer support interactions.

gojl may be required to share player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other competent Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of gojl's privacy obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

gojl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. gojl provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude from gojl will have their account suspended and will not be permitted to register a new account during the exclusion period.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the gojl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact gojl customer support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. gojl will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Disputes relating to gojl's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may also be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

gojl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the gojl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the gojl platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
