3. Account Registration
Each individual may register only one gojl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gojl login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. gojl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the gojl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). gojl supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted.
Deposits are credited to your gojl wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one banking day depending on the originating bank.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Prohibited Funding Methods
gojl does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. These restrictions are in place to comply with Philippine payment regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Attempts to deposit via prohibited methods will be declined.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
gojl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
General bonus terms applicable to all gojl promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds in your gojl wallet. Real money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.

6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the gojl platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
gojl uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers via live video stream. The outcome of all games is determined by the game mechanics and, where applicable, the RNG — gojl does not manipulate game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the gojl platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the gojl platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to gojl immediately.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the gojl platform.
- Allowing any third party to access or use your gojl account.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds for gameplay.
- Accessing gojl from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing gojl staff or other players through any communication channel.
8. Suspension & Account Closure
gojl reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
Upon account closure for breach of these terms, gojl reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real money funds will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any required verification and deduction of any amounts owed to gojl.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their gojl account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player after verification.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the gojl platform — including but not limited to the gojl name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of gojl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gojl platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any gojl content without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gojl's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the gojl platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gojl shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
- Losses arising from interruptions to the gojl platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond gojl's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from the player's own breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude gojl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
gojl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering a gojl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, gameplay, and customer support interactions.
gojl may be required to share player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other competent Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of gojl's privacy obligations.
12. Responsible Gaming

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.
Your continued use of the gojl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the gojl platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
